In 1998, he started his oilfield career with Key Energy on a workover rig. His next journey led him to H&P, which is a great company where he excelled quickly. Through some great men in the company, he was offered an overseas job in Saudi Arabia for Nabors Arabia. If you haven’t worked overseas and you get the chance, Joey highly recommends that you seize the opportunity. He learned more there than anywhere else.

His next adventure had led him to where he is today. He started doing contract flowback work around the end of 2016. It didn’t take him long to realize there was a need for oilfield hands on the flowback/production side of things.
Joey worked hard, learned fast, and built relationships. He was offered his first MSA in late 2017 and since then, he has focused on building a company with integrity, values, and hard work. He reached out to the guys that he shared blood sweat and tears with to come and work for him.
